Any apartments in or close to the corridor have attached garages? Also which ones have little to no carpet? I have been looking on apartments.com but haven't seen anything.

Thanks. Don't want to be out near 99 was looking closer than that. I just found Village on Memorial they have town homes with attached garages. Around green trails neighborhood close to ten or more east would be preferred.

At least two bedrooms minimum. A third bedroom or study is a big plus. At least 1400 sq foot. I am willing to pay, lets put it that way.

So, maybe a house could be an option? Or townhome/condo? Garage, hardwood floors ...
Hiring a Realtor would be probably the best. Cost you nothing.

Thanks. I am looking at "apartments" some are actually townhome communities that only rent so that I don't have to worry about the landlord wanting to sell before I am ready to move. That has been an issue in the past when my lease came up for renewal. I tend to move every 4 years for work.

More east would get you to http://thearrabella.com/ at the junction of I-10/8. Brand new rental townhouse development close to everything.

Looks like a perfect place - hardwood floors, and attached garage. Great location close to everything. Good find ToyYot!
