agree. we got some on the deck but wished we put some in the water on a step but they had already poured the gunite.

One thing our builder was telling us about is; you always under estimate the amount of decking you will want. Basically the only grass we will have is the easement. Makes for a very quick mow.

The two little white things along the back wall are the fan sprays. They put out a fan of water about 10' across and 5' high (variable with a valve) that keep the pool comfortable in the summer months. They were only about $100 to add too. They'll drop the water temperature by close to 10 degrees.

Totally agree. It's expensive, but get as much as you can.

When we had our pool remodeled we added 3 sleeves, two on the deck and on on the step entry. I really wish we would have added more in the pool. Each corner of the pool has a bench and it would be nice to have more options with the umbrellas while watching tv all day outside.

Unless you have a very long pool, the beach entry eats up a lot of the pool area and you end up not having very much swim area.
