According to
Ozone Viewer | houstoncleanairnetwork.org . Areas that seem to be consistently spared the worst Ozone levels are Friendswood, Pearland, Katy and Humble. I've been watching several days worth of ozone imaging. Assuming the detection is accurate the aforementioned areas always fare the best.
