I'm addicted to real estate (don't do this for a living though) and can't stop wasting hours on HAR on a weekly basis. Very curious as to whether there is a forum here for The Woodlands discussing the housing market and the impact of the oil & gas bust on home prices this spring/summer. I'm wondering what real estate professionals are seeing because I notice houses are sitting on the market much longer and prices are dropping, yet the last incoming group of employees for XOM are heading here in July. (now I really wish we had cashed out last summer)

I don't really see the market cooling off that much personally, buts that's for all over and not just The Woodlands. I think if any specific area is having a cooling off period it would be the Energy corridor.
