Will property tax of riverstone go down in future? Telfair still has the same high tax rate since it was built, but my neighbor was telling me that riverstone tax rate will go down in next 3-5 years. Is it true ?

Even if the MUD tax eventually goes down, your home value is going to rise.

Mud Tax did go down in First Colony and also Commonwealth after like 10+ years.

Riverstone have multiple MUD and some of the new subdivisions are brand new, so I think it will be a while since they keep adding new subdivisions.
