Do you mean 40% white and 40% Asian?

per google:

The ethnic and racial makeup of the population was 44.4% non-Hispanic white, 7.3% non-Hispanic black, 0.2% non-Hispanic Native American, 35.1% non-Hispanic Asian, 0.2% non-Hispanic from some other race, 2.2% non-Hispanic from two or more races and 10.6% Hispanic or Latino.

They always say Sugarland has a high Asian population but I just didn't see many Asians other than the Market off of Highway 6 near Lubys.

My neighborhood was completely white and I think i was the only Hispanic on the block.

'Don't get out much? Do you ever walk the neighborhood? I know way too many Asians who live there, and I don't even live there. Happy Thanksgiving.

Oh I don't live there anymore. It was about 5 or 6 years ago I lived in Sugar Land. I lived off of Sweetwater and Palm Royale, on Belle Grove. I used to love walking in that neighborhood. It was so nice.

I guess it depends on what part of Sugar Land you're referring to.

In the Telfair and New Territory subdivisions, it's predominately Indian and Chinese.
