Depending on your location, High Fashion in Midtown is a good place to shop.

yea it depends on whos definition of "made" is. like Harleys are mostly assembled in America but most of it parts come from china, japan, mexico.

Thanks in advance!

P.S. I'm looking for a place that delivers and sets up furniture.
We used: Gallery Furniture, Bassett; some stuff from West Elm, Pottery Barn and Z-Gallerie.

Stillgoode in Spring. You'll find them online. Consignment store, and designers consign their new stuff there that clients don't want. My brand new Lee Industries sofas came from there. I'd check it out. Also, look into Home Source. I liked that store and bought a few pieces when we first moved here.

Default Rooms to Go furniture store

Is Rooms to Go a decent option or is the quality suspect?

I would be careful with Rooms to Go. We've bought a few items from them, and they're cheaper than Star or Gallery, but some of their pieces are definitely lower quality as well.

How would you rate and compare the quality and VALUE of the following furniture places:
- IKEA
- Ashley
- The Dump
- Star
- Gallery

What would be at least the quality level of the better of Star or Gallery Furniture but best overall value in Houston for that level?? I have no need for same day delivery.

Bought my daughters bedroom set from there, very good looking. The quality is low, there are 3 slats barely hanging on the side. I have to ask my kiddo to be careful and not jump on it. The person who designed it should be ashamed. My bad on not looking underneath when I bought to see how the slats were holding against the rail; I never imagined a bed can be like that. Ikea is equally cheap too.
