From the city limits? About 30 yards.

From my driveway to the downtown streets in front of the skyscrapers on a Saturday? 33 minutes.

Regardless of the location, 7,000 sq ft is pretty small. It's just not tiny like most inner-loop lots.

For new standard suburban product, that's actually not that small. Over 10,000 sq.ft. is actually becoming "oversized."

I think I'm kinda near you. I'm off Will Clayton near 59. Literally 25-30 minute drive to downtown versus my coworkers in the Galleria that need twice as much time.

Enjoy your traffic filled 1 hour long 5 mile drive innerloopers...

On a Saturday? Well I'm sure that's relevant for most people

Galleria to downtown is no where near sixty minutes. Faster than 33 mins. What are you all smoking

Apparently the same crap my coworkers are smoking when driving here as not one of them can make it in 45 minutes.

Well certainly on a Saturday. I go galleria to downtown often and it's usually a 10-20 min process

Interesting ... i live in Cinco Ranch (off 99) and make it to Montrose in 35 minutes at lunchtime on a weekday.

Not that our drive times have to do with ITL lots but still...
