Where? News reported he picked up the shell casings. News reported victim shot in head. You think shooter shot him in the head saw him go down and thought he wss alright? News reported he fled

Why would he pick up his casings and flee?

Do you know for a 100% fact he ran because he thought the man was dead?

Do you even know for a 100% fact that he wasn't actually a lookout for the carjackers who shot because the man started to fight back, pretended to be a bystander and then took off?

We know very little about the situation.

BTW, why did you put CHL in your title? Do you have any clue as to whether or not he was a CHL holder?
