30 mins each way to/from Richmond, but I take toll roads. Closer to 20 if no one if front of me is driving all pokey-like.

When I lived in Conroe I was about .5 mile from work. Now that i'm back inside the city limits right now it's 15-18 minutes with no traffic and anywhere from 45-60 with.

Used to be 20-25 minutes, but we moved recently. Now it takes 30-35 in the AM and 35-40 in the PM
