Runoff for Houston mayor - Turner vs King

Any opinion about them?
I haven't read anything about them yet

I'm glad to see that both of them are born and raised in Houston.

Turner is a complete buffoon.

King is the best option.

turner didn't even pay his student loans or other legal obligations.. what makes you think he can run a city?

also look into the Foster case and insurance fraud.

I wish party affiliations weren't allowed to be listed during general elections along with straight party voting.

IMHO, if you're only picking due to party affiliation, you really shouldn't be voting.

I have skipped a whole bunch of down ballot elections because I didn't know anything other than party.

We are constantly ending up with sub-par officials because they won for only one reason, they benefited by being in a down ticket race and won due to the straight party option.
