Tom Byer. Quality workmanship, good follow up, award winning design team.

I bought recently from Meritage. I would rate them a 7/10. We had a few problems but nothing major.

Morrison is a good builder. Our Morrison home is 4 years old, hasn't had any problems, and has been built very well . Our inspector said the same: he did the inspection at the end of our 2 year builder warranty, and said that the home was well built and on ly had minor and cosmetic issues.
I would bet that Taylor Woodrow is also a good builder; they're part of the same company as Morrison.

Thank-you for at least agreeing with me dajammer. Not to allow people to see that IMO is a disservice and considering the number of articles the Chronicle has been doing lately on that matter the people should at least have the option of doing their due diligence.
Having said that please let me know if you are going to cut this as well.
I will then at least pm if it cannot get on the board.
Thanks.
