Hi,

I was wondering how much have you guys paid for a sprinkler system? For those that have had a new installation in the past couple of years.

I got a quote for $2,400 with 6 zones, I guess, in order to compare apples to apples the zone price is $400 ($2,400/6).

It includes six control valves, vacuum breaker (backflow unit) and valve, control box, rain sensor and all pop ups, nozzles, etc... 1 year warranty.

I'm planning on getting more quotes, but I was wondering what is a reasonable average price.

Thanks

Thanks guys... I appreciate the help...

I heard even $250/zone, but the problem is, do they do a good job for the price?
Once I get my quotes, I won't be going with the most expensive, but I won't be going with the cheapest.

I'll reply back once I have info so it's there for others to use...

Piggy backing off your thread since I'm also looking for a sprinkler system... most of the posts here when I searched were older so just trying to get more current info.

I used Loudens for two homes, highly recommended. He even came out once for free when I thought my sprinklers were broken after I winterized them. Found out it was because I had one of the valves on the wrong way.

Thanks!

It comes with a 1 year warranty. He runs the business himself, but has his own crew for the actual work. Just leave a message and he will call back. I have his cell number also somewhere.
