Bumping as I'm interested in this as well. Debating between trying to pour a foundation for a storage shed myself (never done) or just pay someone, so I'm curious to see feedback on your post.

I would imagine building the shed itself should be pretty straight forward with regular tools, but again, curious to see what more experienced folks say.

Nexdoor community is a great source of recommendation. Join, and ask there...
Or go to Angies List. Or check Craigslist...
Many options there.

I would also suggest Angie's List. To the OP, i don't think you need some specialist to assemble that thing. Maybe just look at a handyman service instead. Now if you are pouring a foundation and whatnot, a handyman service may not do that unless they also handle minor construction work.

I am also thinking about adding a storage shed in my backyard soon. I can't decide if I want to have a concrete slab foundation done or just use the foundation that you can buy with the shed. Does anyone know how much does concrete cost per sq ft? Or a cheaper alternative to use as a foundation?

This could be an alternative depending on how the floor/base of the shed is built.

Default Angies list, or Craigslist...

Angies list as noted, or you can post an ad in Craigslist. There are many companies that build sheds, you may ask them how much they'd charge to assemble the kit you purchased.

Recently, I brought one from a company in the heights, they came out and built me a 16x12 shed. They did it in the rain, and in about 3 hours. Cost was $1283. I know that does not help, but that gives you an idea of the cost and materials. It looks like you have a nice looking shed, mine was just basic, but is temporary, and its life will likely be less than a year, we kind of considered it disposable, if one can see it that way.
