Why is there always traffic on I-45 in The Woodlands?
Man, I'm so tired of that stupid traffic at I-45 and Hardy Toll Road

Every single day during rush hour there's traffic for miles

Are you talking about northbound in the morning or southbound in the evening?

That area is different, it's about 30 miles away from downtown and there's always traffic during rush hour in both directions

Not to mention the constant wrecks and overturned cars on 45. They usually aren't just fender benders either.

I've been wondering about this for a while. If we live north of the Woodlands and she takes I45 south to the Woodlands in the morning (7am-ish) and north bound at 5pm will she be stuck in traffic more so than if we lived a bit south of the Woodlands?

Check Google maps with the traffic feature everyday during rush hour.
But if I was you, I would live on the North side.
the section of I-45 between Rayford-Sawdust and Hardy toll road is always horrible
