We are thinking to buy a new apartment in one of these community but unable to decide which one to pick. We have few questions in mind but don't find answers anywhere,

1- For the investment point of view which community is giving good return if I buy 400K house and sells in 4-5 years time.
2- In schooling aspect I believe both shares same school ISD that means good schools in both the communities.
3- What is good price to invest in either of the community ?

Any other suggestions for new/upcoming communities in surrounding area because my office is at Harwin drive.

Ris

Might check Lakes of Bella Terra as it's right off the Westpark Tollway so super short commute (relatively speaking). *EDIT* - Per Google Maps, Lakes is not much shorter than from Fieldstone, depending on where you are on Harwin.
