Hello Everyone,

As the name states I'm new to this site! Well my fiancée and I are getting married in early 2017 and we are looking for reasonably priced photographers. So far we've heard prices anywhere from 2k-4k, granted we're not experts in the matter but we feel as though we may be able to find something a little cheaper. So we're looking for a photographer who can take anywhere between 600-1200 pictures for a reasonable price. If anyone knows anyone please send me a pm or just post it. Thank you all in advance.

OMG call Meg Hamlett photography. She is a amazing. Google Meg Hamlett photography and you can see some of her work. The wedding stuff is beautiful, innovative and unique. I've used her on several occasions for both business and family functions.

I know it says $$$$ but she really isn't. So I don't get that. Never hurts to call and ask for a price.

You might also ask one to perform digital only and send you a CD where you can print your own prints from wherever you want.

Well of course 2-4K is pretty expensive. Sometimes I read TheKnot or WeddingWire forums and see that many couples just blindly put these numbers in their budget without much understanding why do they have to pay that much (they just heard from parents or friends or wedding planners that this is 'normal' budget for wedding photography). But there is such a huge competition in this market that you can find many high quality photographers providing much better deals and essentially get same quality or even better within 1K budget. Check out Tony's Photography tonysprophoto.com : wonderful deals for less.
