There are many reason people are unable to move. Maybe they need a job in a new city, there is the cost of the move, not everyone can afford that or maybe there are ageing parents that need their help.

I am tired of pretending it is Winter! I'm going to go back to my summer wardrobe today. It is to damn hot out to wear leggings and boots!

I can relate to this. I don't have appropriate schooling to just pick up and just leave to find a job somewhere... well, schooling for a job I would like at least. My folks are also getting older as well.

^^^ This deserves repeating. If I could figure out how to do an epic fist bump emoji on here, I would definitely give you one!

Yes it is warm here, but some people seem to complain just for the sake of complaining.

He was born in Bethlehem Israel right. It's 43f right now. I would not call that warm weather.

Jesus was not born on December 25. That day was picked as Christmas sometime in the 4th century. It was a pagan holiday (Winter Solstice) and the Catholic Church chose it to celebrate Christ's birth because it was a time when people already had celebrations.

Best guess is that Jeses was born either in the summer or in September.

And Thursday night it will be 44f here ? Point is Santa Clause and the Christmas tree and the winter wonderland stuff are remnants of Pagan traditions that really have nothing to do with the original Christmas. BTW it is generally accepted that Christ was probably born in another part of the year. It was a Roman emperor that chose December 25 to get pagans to accept Christmas as their own holiday.

Well at least the Super Bowl weather should be nice for the tourists. Wouldn't want an ice storm like what hit Dallas a few years ago.

No, he knew people would eventually commit sins regardless, so he just left the warm/humid stuff as our own personal hell-on-earth.
