Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. I ended up here after trying to find something about a home builder I am looking to buy with. My girlfriend and I are looking to buy a house from a builder called Briarwood. We have never heard of them at all so we don't know if they are good or not. The reason we are wanting to know is because they are building a new home just under 180k with 3600 sq ft, 6 rooms, 3 car garage and 2 story. Now with that type of home in this area(cypress...290&Fry) you can't get a new house, that big for that cheap. I would like to know if anyone knows or has heard anything about them good or bad. Thank you very much, your help is greatly appreciated.
Also the neighborhood is called The Villages of Cypress Lakes. Does anyone know about this neighborhood? We don't know that area too much. Thanks again.

Ive never heard of them, but you get what you pay for. You can also get giant houses very cheap from KB because their quality is crap.
