I understand that parking downtown on the street is free on Sundays, but does the 3-hour limit also apply on Sundays or can I park for as long as I want?

If it's free I doubt there will be anyone out there monitoring how long a car has been parked.

Default Meh...

Technically yes, and they do at times. I'm not sure how they decide when to enforce, or not. We've stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown a few times for long weekends and I've parked out there on Sundays much longer than 3 hours and have not had any problems.

I think Sundays, and any day after 6:00 pm, is a free-for-all, no time limit.
