My wife used to sub at some elementary school in Panther Creek. That area seems to have more low end renters. There was also more ESL students. She definitely preferred teaching at the other schools.

G-d forbid, some school has some economic diversity. lol. It's laughable. I actually prefer my kids go to school with kids from all kind of diversity.

OP, my kids went thru the schools in TW and did quite well. I have 3 children, one is quite smart, exceptionally smart actually and the schools found a way for him to do even more. And 2 of my children are intelligent, smart but average( nothing out of ordinary) students and they doing good in TW schools.

Obviously, you'll find all kind of people in TW, some of them more "perfect" than others lol, specially in the back of TW.

I don't know. I have lived here for 18 years. You may want to ask potential homebuyers, they are the ones wanting these schools.
