Just wondering if they are any spots with hills (not expecting mountains) for walks or hiking.

The walking/biking trails along Buffalo Bayou Park (between Allen Parkway and Memorial west of downtown) offer 30 foot changes in elevation as it undulates along and above the bayou. That's about the best you will get within 40 miles of downtown.

You won't find any hills in Southeast Texas. Gotta head west about 2 or 3 hours to find some hills.

Very pleasant hike on the wooded anthill trail between Wilcrest and Eldridge. Lots of bikers, some joggers (like me), and some hikers. Lots of short inclines.

There are some near Sims Bayou. Well to me, as a native, they are hills.

There are also plenty of trails south of memorial park with a decent amount of elevation change as well as e Spots park and running the clover leaf if you want

You certainly can find them if you want and aren't so closed minded or uninformed about the area.
