We looked at a few houses in Northhampton. We will be relocating. What are your feelings on that neighborhood?

Thanks

Northampton is awesome. We know of two couples who live there and absolutely love it. We almost moved there ourselves a few years ago but chose to stay where we are. There are not very many areas left with such large lots and great classic custom homes like those in Northampton. The HOA is very close-knit and I hear the neighbors are very active and that it's a tight community. Good luck!

Fabulous - I live here! Am sitting here with the window open to the trees right now.

Huge open streets, big lots, really well-constructed houses. Affordable houses, reasonable taxes, stable house prices, tons of kids and people of all ages. Two swimming pools (not including the one in my garden!), two work-out rooms, tennis courts, walking trails, very clean and well-maintained grounds. Police station at the bottom of the street. Super-handy to get into The Woodlands without actually being in The Woodlands (although they are now building right at the top of the neighborhood). A Lowes is being build 3.1 miles away which is a good indicator of positive growth in the area.

Ask me more. Can also put you in touch with an agent. House across the street sold in ~30 days.

Northhampton is an awsome neighbohood. We now have a third pool in Aurban lakes which northhampton neighbors can use. There is a police and fire station in the front of the neighborhood.
elementry, middle, and high school all in one spot in the front of the neighborhood. There are lots of kids and great people.
The back and front yards are huge and there are lots of trees.
Great place to live

There's only 1 "h". Try "Northampton".
