I can't see them putting another one so close to Sugar Land. I have seen Cheesecake Factories that were kind of out in the middle of nowhere, but I think putting one there would be a stretch.

Maybe they were getting it confused with Kolache Factory

Shortly thereafter, they renamed themselves @t Home and removed the trademark orange color scheme for a contemporary grey palette.

They've gone downhill since the 90's. I'm surprised that they are surviving in this unforgiving retail environment right now.

Hopefully the Donut place is a Shipley's. Much better than a Kolache Factory! The shopping center is not a big enough draw to warrant a Cheesecake Factory though--it's too local.

I think the Alianna HEB has a weak point because it doesn't have a hot food deli like Kroger or Whole Foods...sometimes people need a choice when they don't want to cook, go to fast-foods or sit down restaurants.

FYI, Alianna and Harvest Green are still in top 10 of MPC in Houston and top 50 nationwide. Riverstone holds the top spot MPC in Houston.

I talked to some associates at HEB, and per them, HEB will be phasing out the prepared food sections of their stores. Not sure how much of that is true.

Apparently they are still planning to put the noodle bar in at that HEB though.

They are not moving forward with the Noodle Bar. The concept did not do well at another location, so they are currently deciding what direction to go in.
