I don't know where you live, but check FB from your area. Type your location and something should pop up. That's what I did. But in my area, most churches and schools work as shelter or collecting items for shelters. Don't really need any specific address.

My community wasn't flooded but communities around me flooded badly. Just on our main road there are like 3 gathering places within 2 miles.
