They filmed in Wilchester West. The street was flooded.

Here are Anderson Cooper & JJ Watt reporting in Wilchester almost a week after Harvey:

CNN Transcript:
Smack. This was after Sep 1st when the reservoirs started draining. Wilchester is also Wilchester North of Memorial and South of I10.. None of the houses were flooded there, which is half of the neighborhood.

Living in Wilchester and driving by Memorial are two different things.

We are talking about Wilchester, which is a very limited number of streets from Wilcrest to Patchester.

TONS of houses north of the bayou are underwater in neighborhoods just very slightly west. But to my knowledge, none of the houses between Wilcrest and Patchester were ever under water. At least none of my friends on Indian Creek were, and I didn't see any evidence of water damage on Indian Creek houses when I was walking in the bayou this afternoon.

I think what Lizzy talked about might be Wilchester West. For people living in Wilchester, like you and me, we regard Wilchester and Wilchester West as two different subdivisions with different HOAs and clubs. I agree with you that Wilchester mainly only had street flooding (along Yorkchester/Perthshire), and I saw couple of houses with wreckage outside when I drove down Wilcrest. But Wilchester West was hit pretty hard (but not as bad as Memorial Bend, Yorkshire though I believe).

So when OP asked about Wilchester (he/she may mean both Wilchester and Wilchester West) - most of my friends not living in the two subdivisions treat the two as the same. In my regard, both you and Lizzy are great ladies providing accurate information to OP. I always got so much for you two's posts.

Lots of people left their homes for fear of flooding, but I don't know of any who actually got flooded in their house. What FB page are you talking about? The only Wilchester FB pages that I am a member of are the Women's Club and Mother's Club, and those 2 are working to help surrounding areas.

I have driven down Wilcrest south of Memorial twice today. There is no water north of Indian Creek.
