I used PODS to move from TX to MA. It worked well for us. My suggestion would be to toss a few bug bombs in there and then let it air out for a day before you load it. That will make sure that nothing gets into it while in transport, or in storage at the PODS center. Learn how to pack it so that things don't move as much as possible. We were pretty happy with the process. For my move back to TX I am not going to bother.. selling everything and buying new again this time.

The stories are very real. My furniture was held ransom for a month and there's nothing you can do about it. You will be helpless in their hands. Don't trust any moving company no matter what kind of price savings they give you. The guy on the phone selling you the service is just the middle man trying to get his cut. The cheaper the cost of the moving company, the bigger the headache. You will end up paying more then what you were originally quoted. Save yourself the hassle. Sell all your furniture. Donate anything you don't plan on keeping. Get a Uhaul or POD for all the things you want to keep.

The areas of the Woodlands that feed to the Klein Schools(very small area) and the Tomball ISD schools are pretty good too, although watch out for flooding history in the Creekside areas. Stay away from Timarron like the plague unless you want water in your house for example!

I moved there from Massachusetts in 2010.. then moved back.. and am looking to head back to The Woodlands again this year because the Northeast just didnt compare to what we had there. Its a great suburb to raise a family in.

You can take the Hardy Toll Road to the airport which often cuts a lot of time off the trip.

How is 77384? It’s the Conroe ISD
