There's been depreciation in Ashford West and probably Ashford South too. I think it has to do with the proximity of apartments to the neighborhood. There's a lot of renters in my neighborhood and I have foreclosures on each side of me.

Let's not kid ourselves. That'll never happen because Houston has no mainstream appeal.

you could move a little further towards eldridge on briar forest . imo I found that better than dairy ashford or Kirkwood which sported a gloomy look while driving. its good to walk around with lots of lighting and shops around even at night.
