How is the Built quality of Meritage homes in Sienna Plantation and Riverstone? What kind of issues you had if any after you moved in and were they resolved by the builder. Concerned about spray foam insulation also. Is it ok to have that in Houston weather since Meritage have this as a standard option. Any advice would be really appreciated!
