I am looking for a community where one ethnicity isn't overwhelmingly dominant. I have found the perfect lot and floor plan in Aliana. However, I have been told that the community is 90 percent South Asian. Is this true or is it a myth?

I would say 45-50% South Asian.
FBISD ethnicity report has the Asian (includes asian & south asian) at 61%
white 12%

I suspect 90% is very high.

That's because alot of people use their friends/families address to get into that school, Indians in FBISD are notorious for this.

Yes it's pretty much Indian community. 50% Indian would be fairly reasonable estimate. Others will be dispersed as minorities. I didn't feel enough diversity there

Telfair, Riverstone, Aliana, Chelsea Harbour....and now Harvest Green are Indian/Asian communities.

OP has been proved to be a troll. This thread probably isn't going anywhere, but by all means humor the OP I guess.

Definitely too diverse for “Whiteflighter” who is looking to leave Sugar Land after 23 years because it’s not “white enough” for him.
