Big parking problem at the town center in Sugar land.
Apparently, Marriott guests needed more parking. Closed off two garages.
Parking sucks there all the time. Poor planning. It’s always stressful going there.
Maybe that’s why Jambajuice closed.

I’ve never found there’s really a parking problem. It’s true you cannot just park right in front of a business there. You have to park in the garages. If it’s a problem to park in a garage then it could be considered a parking problem for some I guess. But that’s not the type of environment town square was intended to be (sea of underutilized surface parking). Lots of places around here one can get the latter experience. It is supposed to be something different, which it is and rather successful.

If you’re talking about a specific problem where the garages got closed (?) I’m not aware of that. I don’t go there for special events just occasionally to do stuff on the weekend etc. never had a problem parking in a garage but I guess that could be a different situation.
