I need to be in Houston soon for 2-3 weeks. I'll be working in the Willowbrook area and need some ideas of where to stay that's safe and nice. I've done the murder motel thing before, and just want to go the easier, more $ route this time.

TIA!

I wouldn’t stay in the Willowbrook area. Maybe a few miles out - perhaps Tomball like another suggested.

Many of Willowbrook's hotels are in close proximity to 249 and Willowbrook Mall, so your best bet would be the LaQuinta Inn on FM 1960 Rd W

Homewood Inn and Suites right by the mall is always packed with cars. So one would assume, it's a safe hotel.
