What are pros and cons of having a telephone wood pole behind the backyard fence. Pole is not inside the backyard fence but falls outside the backyard fence?

The last I heard in the late 90s. Village Builders are better than David Weekly Homes. Why? A demonstration of painfully thin wood floor support on the 2nd floor David Weekly home produced more noise and rackus.

Village Builders are great and build very good quality homes in my opinion. There really isn't and pros or cons of having the telephone pole behind the fence unless it just personally bothers you. Utility companies are granted the right by the goverment to place the poles wherever they feel they are needed.

Maybe you can use the pole as a negotiation piece to get a better price.

I like Village Builders and almost bought one. I then found another house by another builder at my 1st choice community. I ahve talked to many people who owns a Village Builders, that's why I am comfortable saying they are good.

As to telephone pole...is a common thing in Houston. Even though you don't mind and could negotiate for better price, don't forget buyer will do the same come when you want to sell your house!
