The older 2 children can use a booster seat like this... makes a regular seat belt fit them properly...

The infant needs a rear facing seat. A lot of parents will use one like this until the baby is 30lbs because it gives them a place to sit while you’re out and about...

Texas law states that they must be in a car seat / booster until age 8.

Ps... I see you are using this for a visit to Houston. Make sure you rent a “full sized” car and not an economy or compact car. Better yet, choose a minivan or car with 3 rows. Those 3 car seats will be a tight squeeze in
a regular sized car, and likely impossible in a small car.

Are you coming directly from Pakistan and renting a car?
If yes, then you can rent kids seats too.
Don't buy those seats in Pakistan, unless you can find seats that are approved to use in the USA.

^^^ Great info!
ALSO - remember that not only the driver but also passengers have to wear seat belt. That's the law.
You should bring with you International Driver's Permit (IDP) with your Pakistani drivers license.
Some driving rules are different too, like driving on the right side of the road.

NOTE:
If you are coming to stay in the US, it's advised to translate all you needed documents to English. Do it in Pakistan because it's cheaper than here.
Also check your thread about electric appliances.
