Business enclaves obviously exist (Chinatown, Little India, and Little Saigon). But as I stated above Chinatown also has a majority Chinese population in the area north of Bellaire blvd and also the area just south of Bellaire blvd.

I lived in Missouri for a long time,
And Houston has no ethnic enclave the way you see in other American cities

It seems lots of Chinese are moving into south katy especially around the Grand Lakes area

Very small Japanese community on Westheimer & Wilcrest. There used to be Japan Budget Express where I would buy airline tickets before the internet, a sushi bar and some Japanese grocery / import shops, but it was just a few little strip centers.
