For the past few years I have noticed homes in this area and with a specific look (detached garage infront of the house) are always on the market. The homes are cute, but I was wondering if there is a reason people are moving? I figure it's in Sienna so it has to be a good area etc. I am very interested in buying one of these homes. So what is the deal?

Tia!

Anderson Springs is a borderline starter community within Sienna. The vast majority of people moving are moving up to larger homes within the neighborhood.

The area is fine. Super close to the Resort Pool and across the street from the Library. Only drawback is that Sienna Springs is getting busier, and that area always seems to be in flux when it comes to FBISD re-zoning.

True, but none of the options are actually bad.
