My understanding is foreign expats are the main clientele or one of the major ones. Also they have a dormitory and bus services to as far east as the Westpark Sam's Club (for Bellaire, Uptown, and West U)

It’s a good private school, the tuition is extremely expensive though. They recently expanded parts of the school and added a new football field. Many people residing in the Energy Corridor send their kids to the Village School if they can afford it

I had a friend who taught there. She was from Ireland and a really awesome teacher. She loved the school and put a ton of time into it. I haven't kept up with her recently, but she only had great things to say about the staff and kids she worked with.

Many of my colleagues (some expats, some locals, most of whom live in or near the Energy Corridor) send their kids to the Village School and speak very highly of it.

There is no tuition fee for public school in the US. Public schools are funded through taxes.

Public schools may be best route for you. You just go to the school and apply to your zoned school and you get a seat. ( And dont bill your company for that )

WOrd of caution about village school, it may be really difficult for kids to integrate initially. I am not sure if village school is church affiliated or not. You have more chances of finding diversity in public schools.

My friend's kids go there and they seem to like it. They only started earlier this year as they just moved to the US, her husband is an expat. The school seems pretty diverse to me, with people from lots of different countries.
