That's close to both Brays Bayou and Buffalo Bayou, also just downstream of the reservoir, near areas that flooded. I would be very careful to check the flood history of both the house and the neighborhood.

That area didn't experience widespread flooding during Harvey (although local flooding remains a possibility). It's located near the boundary of the Brays and Buffalo watersheds (ie on high ground). It's nowhere near the Addicks/Barker reservoir outlets. In general, Buffalo Bayou flooding during Harvey didn't extend more than a street or two south of the bayou.
