Is it just me, or is the Chronicle's website no longer working? Although I'm a subscriber, I can no longer access my account, view the e-paper, etc. All links take me to a blank San Francisco Chronicle webpage. I've tried calling customer service, but am cut off each time after being on hold about 5 minutes. This has been going on for a week or so. I can get the e-paper via the Chronicle app on my phone, but its not easy to read on a small screen.... Any suggestions, other than the obvious solution of canceling my subscription?

Back in the day we used to have an actual paper that you held in your hands, and you didn't have any technical problems until and if, say, you spilled your coffee on it.

We still subscribe to two paper newspapers. It is delivered every day, but not early enough if you leave for work before 6:30 am. We are retired so it is fine for us.
