Hi all,

I am looking to purchase a home with a budget of roughly $280-$360. I work in memorial city and my wife works all over the Spring/The Woodlands area. We would prefer to try to limit both commutes to around 45 min at most. We have been looking at the gleannloch farms area, but are searching for recommendations on other neighborhoods.

Thank you for the help.

Best,

Mike

Maybe Longwood Village in Cypress?

Champion Forest or Willowbrook. Both are NW Houston neighborhoods that are centrally located between Spring/Woodlands and Memorial City (where you work). Easy access to 45, 249 and Beltway 8.

Longwood, Enclave at Longwood, Coles Crossing, Wildwood Northpointe, Lakewood Glen area. Dozens and dozens of great neighborhoods in the area. Trees, great schools, nice area. 20 min drive to Memorial City and 25 minutes to The Woodlands.

Champion Forest and Memorial NW are both beautiful neighborhoods that are more established. Central to your commutes and also easy to access Houston and the Woodlands.
