No more than 60-70 minutes from 610 (in no traffic) but even then I don't know if that's far enough because the W/NW/N sides are growing so fast we might be surrounded eventually. I guess at that point we could sell the land later and move further out depending on circumstances.

Never in my life did I think I'd look forward to mowing my grass on a sit-down lawnmower but it's at that point now lol.
