We are moving to Houston Tx and will be living in the Inner Loop area. I'm at a lost on where to find a good guitar teacher for my 3 year old son who has been taking lessons back in Pennsylvania. There are so many music schools in the net and I'm at a lost where to look. Can anyone help me?

Try MECA in Old Sixth Ward or juliemusic.com in the Heights. MECA has accomplished, professional musicians teaching classical guitar to mostly low-income kids and they're supposed to be excellent. juliemusic is supposed to be really good, but she teaches music in a progression, and doesn't do individual instruments until piano when the kids are older. Several of my kid's friends are in her classes. If neither work, they should be able to offer recommendations, as should an HISD music magnet like HSPVA; they employ pro musicians as teachers.
