I'm in Sugar Land. Had 6 palms, 4 sagos, and a bunch of oleander. Everything looked dead for months. Now, everything came back except for 1 palm. The oleanders died to about 6 inches above ground but are now 4 ft tall. Sagos came back at different paces with the last one flushing a week ago.
I guess these are Mexican fan palms. Still no signs of life.
Oleanders, I see them pretty much all back to normal now.

Over a year past the deep freeze, nearly all mexican sabal came back and now thriving. But I wonder if malls and boulvards such as First colony mall, Baybrook mall,NASA road 1 to name a few will replant the Medjool date palms they removed since the freeze as they haven’t till this day

What is typical removal cost per tree in Houston in 2022? Large palm trees ~40 ft tall.

My point is since you are hanging around all palm tree threads here, you should better know the current pricing.
How much is removal cost per tree in Houston these days?

I thought the Medjool date palms were back or mostly recovered in Clear Lake & Galveston. Probably not first colony and Memorial as those seemed to die. Mexican fans and sabals seemed to do fine there.
