Hello!
I'm a 32 single professional woman who built a home in Sunrise Lakes almost 5years ago. It's an attractive one-story with 12 foot ceilings, ceramic tile, (french, traditional style), etc. but it's time for me to move for lifestyle convenience -- closer to city center, minimal to no yard maintenance, etc.
I would appreciate all input. I am searching for a townhome, patio home or condo in either Midtown, Medical Center or GRBrown area. My price range is $160,000 to $220,000. I need either a 2/2 or 3/2. Decks or patios are preferred. Garage optional. I'm not a fan of the contemporary, straight line look.

You should be able to find a good deal right now. There are a lot of foreclosures in the town home market and prices seem to have softened. You should have tons of options in all of those areas.
