Saw some earth-moving equipment and road rollers off Ellis Creek Blvd on Hwy 90 (the other side of the Chevron gas station on Ellis Creek) - any idea if they are paving up for a new road or just making it easier for people to gather pecans ?

thats a little bit north of ellis creek (and closer to hwy 6). I am talking about the area on the right of Ellis Creek Blvd as you are heading into New Territory.

They are re-grading this area, as the new profile of Ellis Creek Boulevard (re-constructed last year to complete the levee around the neighborhood) has caused water to stand in stagnant pools. The work should allow this area to drain better.
