Okay, a few more questions...

Husband working in Sealy, I will be in the Galleria area. We have 2 children...one high school, one elementary (he has learning disabilities). We are hopefully coming next weekend for tour of homes. I need to narrow down an area. Please help!!

We have looked in Katy, but now are wondering if this is best.

Thanks in advance for all of your help.

If your husband works in Sealy, good public schools, yes, I think Katy is where you would need to be.

Exactly. Katy is really splitting the difference between the two and it offers affordable housing and, as mentioned above, good schools.

Though long in distance, your husband's commute is going to be a breeze compared to yours!!!

No kidding. He'll probably average about 80 mph going to Sealy. Are you sure you don't want to work in Sealy also?

You might want to come closer in, to the west Memorial area.

If you can afford it - consider Memorial.

If you want good public schools and for your commutes, Katy is the way to go. They also have a good special education department. If you can afford it, Cinco Ranch is very nice.
