I am looking to move from Sacramento CA to some place much better. I am interviewing with a Houston company now. I have three small children. If I am offered this job and relocate, does anyone know what would be the best area for young children?

Any idea where you would be working or what your price range is?

There are lots of great neighborhoods for childern. You should find one as close as you can to your job. Houston is rated as one of the worst metro areas for commuting in the US.

Sugar Land has received several awards for being a great suburb for families. We love it here.

We couldn't find what we wanted close to my husband's job because his job is in the eastern part of Houston and some of our favorite things are in the western part of Houston, so my husband's commute is an hour each way. That part is not fun but he says it is worth it to like where we live.

Feel free to PM me with any questions. We are fairly new here but I did a bunch of research.
