In the late 70’s and early 80’s, Sharpstown Mall was very nice. Chelsea St. Pub was a fun place to go and stayed open late. They also opened one at Baybrook but it didn’t last long. Am guessing because there wasn’t much nightlife in the Clear Lake area for afterward. Looking up archives, would love to have these menu prices again.

I spent many an afternoon at Sharpstown Mall in the 80's, mostly at the Food Court or buying buttons featuring my favorite bands at Dream Merchant, which I pinned on my Members Only jacket, LOL.

I don't remember that bar, but obviously, it wasn't a place I could have frequented.

At that time I was going to the Chelsea St Pub at Southplains Mall in Lubbock.

The last time I WENT to Sharpstown, there are many gold jewelry stores run by Indians and Koreans and I am surprised so many shoppers there, not sure if they are shopping or just come to eat in the food court.
The Jewelry Exchange Building is all trash,!
