I noticed there are a few townhome communities near Fannin South station just outside the loop. Two of these included InTown Home's Fannin Station neighborhood and KHovnanian's Cambridge Heights, among others.



I understand the area is a transitional area but you appear to get more for your money here as compared to inside the loop.


I am not concerned with the schools at this point. It still isn't cheap and understand why its slightly lower but does anyone live in this area, or neighborhoods?


What are your thoughts- pros, cons? Thanks for the feedback
