What's a "reasonable" distance and how good a golfer are you?

Bridgeland has a disc golf course, but BlackHorse Ranch right next to Bridgeland has an 18 hole golf course. Homes in BlackHorse were built 10-20 years ago though, so it may be older than what the OP is looking for.

For new construction, what about Weston Lakes out near Fulshear? They have a golf course.

Stone Gate is home of Houston National… beautiful community near Bridgeland but i believe was built in the late 90’s and early 2000’s… might be too old.

Black Horse Ranch too, huge lots. Houses may need some updates if you care to keep it modern.

I can't speak to the quality of the golf club, but the residential development is considered pretty desirable. It is a Johnson Development community, known for creating high-quality masterplanned communities. It's a relatively decent commute to the Texas Medical Center (by Houston standards) if you don't mind tolls.

That's...optimistic. It depends on the time of day, but that may rule out anything to the North or West.
